Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Domestic Shipping - Australia

We are pleased to offer flat rate shipping for all orders delivered within Australia via Australia Post. There are two options available during checkout - Regular Parcel Post for $9.00 and Express Post for $14.00. 

Typically, Regular Shipping will take 3-5 working days and Express Shipping will take approximately 1-2 working days. Please note, these transit times vary depending on the final destination. Regular Shipping to Western Australia can add 3-5 working days. 

Some larger items may not be suitable for express post shipping and we will advise you of the options via email or phone. Some exclusions for flat rate shipping apply to bulky and sensitive items such as GPS devices and tool kits and standard Australia Post delivery lead times apply for all our domestic orders. 


International Orders 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

An estimate of the shipping cost will be available in the checkout screen. Depending on the shipping service you choose, shipping date estimates will vary. As a rule, Standard International shipping will take between 10-15 working days to arrive in most overseas destinations. Express International shipping will take up to 7 working days to arrive in most overseas locations. 

All our international orders now include a tracking service and signature on delivery. We are not responsible for any customs or import duties payable in international destinations. Please familiarise yourself with the relevant customs requirements or seek advice prior to ordering.

Please also note that the international shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The shipping weight of most items can be found on the detail listing pages. To reflect the policies of Australia Post, all weights will be rounded up to the next 100g.
